Directions for Use
1) Skin Care
Apply a few drops of Sesame Oil to clean skin and massage gently until absorbed. It can be used daily as part of your skincare routine.
2) Hair Care
Apply from the roots to the ends of your hair. Leave on for at least 30 minutes before washing.
For enhanced results, apply before bedtime and wash your hair the following morning.
3) Massage
Apply a sufficient amount of Sesame Oil to the desired area and massage gently.
4) Oral Care
As part of your oral care routine, swish 1 teaspoon of Sesame Oil in your mouth for 10–15 minutes. Spit out the oil afterward and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
