DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Your orders are delivered to cargo within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) after bank approval. Depending on the distance from the delivery address to the address of “Saray Mah. Dr. Adnan Büyükdeniz Cad. (OryaPark) No: 3 A Da:120 Ümraniye / İSTANBUL”, the courier company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days.
Delivery times of special production products differ according to the production time. The delivery information and times of such products are specified on the product pages.
In the event of a mishap caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important.
The products you have purchased will be notified to you by a confirmation e-mail. If any of the products you have chosen is not available in stock, an e-mail will be sent to you and you will be informed of the date when the product will be in stock for the first time.
www.agreka.com.tr is an on-line shopping site. It allows multiple users to shop at the same time. In rare cases, consumers may purchase the same product and the product may run out of stock. In this case;
If the product you have paid for is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be given to the consumer between these dates, the payment made is returned to him / her.

We deliver the products you ordered to the cargo company in full and perfect condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products are not damaged when receiving from the cargo company. Before receiving your complaints about the damages that may occur during the delivery of the products to you from the cargo company, you must inform the cargo company representative and keep a report. Otherwise, it is accepted that the products have been received completely and in good condition.
Orders placed after 14.00 on Friday and weekend orders will start to be delivered on Monday. These orders may not arrive you before Tuesday. Delivery is not done on weekends, holidays and feast days.
