Warranty Conditions


All products are under the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, you should definitely check the product during the cargo delivery. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not get the product. Changes made on the product, deformation of the product or deterioration / opening of the original packaging of the product, deterioration of its design are not covered by the warranty.






Product Return Policy

Order Cancellation:  In order to cancel your new order, your order must not have been shipped.

 
Product Return:  If you want to return the products you purchased, there is no refund. You can buy other products worth the value of the products you want to return. Refunds are made for products in the "defective goods" status in accordance with the provisions of the "Law on the Protection of the Consumer" numbered 4077.

As the product return and replacement conditions, the practices in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 4077 are essential.

 

Return Policy:

1.  Every product purchased is under the guarantee of the manufacturer, but none of the products sold on our website are used for the treatment of disease. Our products are herbal supplements, not drugs. In product returns, failure of the expected result from our product cannot be shown as a reason for return.
 
2. The customer should check in front of the cargo officer and receive the products. If there is damage to the product, the customer should keep a report to the cargo authority and not receive the product. When the product is received, the customer accepts that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty completely. When you check your product before receiving your cargo, if there is an error, deficiency or damage in the product sent to you, immediately send a "Damage Determination Report" to the cargo officer and notify us by calling our Customer Service within 7 days. Otherwise, the cargo delivery receipt you signed means that you have received the product completely and intact. Your returns or complaints without a Damage Assessment Report will not be accepted.
 
3. The return of unpacked, used, damaged products is not accepted without showing a valid reason. In this case, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
 
4. In accordance with the product return conditions, the return process starts when the returned product reaches us, together with the fully filled product return form and the product invoice (and the promotional and campaign products, if any, belonging to the product you will return, given as a gift, must be returned at the same time without their packaging opened, damaged, used). You can fill out the product return form completely and send it together with the returned product or also by sending an e-mail to info@agreka.com.tr. Returned products should be sent by wrapping them in a tight package or by taking other necessary precautions, so that they will not be damaged during shipping.
 
5.  After the products received by us are checked for compliance with the product conditions; If the product does not have a defect arising from use and there is a problem on our part, the intact product will be delivered to you at our own expense.
 
6.  Products Out of the Scope of Returns; returns of products that are specially prepared for the customer, offered for sale and/or imported for certain days such as New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, goods that are prepared in line with the customer's requests or clearly personal needs, are not suitable for return due to their nature, are in danger of spoiling quickly or are likely to expire, campaign and promotional products, products whose packaging has been opened and/or used cannot be refunded.
 
7.  Our company will not pay the shipping cost of the returns you send outside of the contracted cargo company.
