After graduating from Istanbul Kültür University, Department of Business Administration, he earned the title of Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He has served as CFO in family-owned companies, taking responsibility for finance and strategy. He observed the impact of legal processes on managerial decisions within the scope of the responsibilities undertaken; accordingly, he strengthened his legal knowledge by completing the Associate Degree Program in Justice at Anadolu University.
For 35 years, he has been engaged in construction and real estate investment as a family profession.
He has been involved in entrepreneurial activities across various sectors, which he continues to pursue.
He supports social responsibility projects.
Driven by a strong sense of need that emerged during the pandemic, he co-founded Agreka Scientific Natural Living Products with his spouse in 2021 and brought the Agreka brand to life.
BURCU BİLAÇ ETE / CO-FOUNDER
After graduating from Boğaziçi University with a degree in Industrial Engineering, she worked for 15 years in the corporate world in the field of marketing at Danone, Ülker, Eczacıbaşı İpek Kağıt, and Eczacıbaşı Building Group. She contributed to the brand journeys of Danone, Danette, Danino, Bizim Mutfak, Solo, Selpak, Vitra, Norm, and Burgbad.
Following the birth of her daughter and then her son, she founded a consultancy and training company called Value Works. Through this company, she provided services to businesses in strategy, innovation, blue ocean strategy, and business model innovation, as well as neuromarketing services in collaboration with the U.S.-based firm 602 Communications.
Driven by a strong sense of need that emerged during the pandemic, she co-founded Agreka Scientific Natural Living Products with her spouse in 2021 and brought the Agreka brand to life.
During this process, she has received—and continues to receive—numerous trainings in the fields of aromatherapy and phytotherapy. She is a NAHA Level 3 Clinical Aromatherapist.
She has served on the Boards of Directors of the Boğaziçi University Alumni Association and the Boğaziçi University Foundation. She is a member of the Aromatherapy Association.
