Directions for Use

1) Massage Oil

Add 5–6 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil to 10 ml (1 tablespoon) of a carrier oil. Massage gently onto the desired area using circular motions.

2) Inhalation

Add 6–10 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil to your diffuser or oil burner. Run for 30 minutes, then turn it off. This can be repeated 1–2 times daily.

  • Children aged 2–6: Use 1 drop.
  • Children aged 6–12: Use 2–3 drops and diffuse for 15 minutes.

3) Steam Inhalation

Add 3–4 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil to 500 ml of hot water in a glass bowl. Cover your head and the bowl with a towel, keep your eyes closed, and inhale deeply for 5–10 minutes.
