Directions for Use

1) Topical Application

Add 1–2 drops of Oregano Essential Oil to 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of a carrier oil (such as sesame oil or sweet almond oil). Mix well and massage gently onto the desired area using circular motions.

2) Massage Oil

Add 4–6 drops of Oregano Essential Oil to 10 ml (1 tablespoon) of a carrier oil and massage into the desired area.

3) Inhalation

Add 5–6 drops of Oregano Essential Oil to your diffuser or oil burner. Run for 30 minutes, then turn it off. This can be repeated 1–2 times daily.

  • Children aged 6–12: Use 1 drop and diffuse for 15 minutes.

4) Steam Inhalation

Add 1–2 drops of Oregano Essential Oil to 500 ml of hot water in a glass bowl. Keeping your eyes closed, inhale the steam from a safe distance with slow, deep breaths for 3–5 minutes.
