Directions for Use

1) Topical Application

Add 1–2 drops of Lemon Essential Oil to 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of a carrier oil for facial application, or 3–4 drops for body application. Mix well and massage gently onto the desired area using circular motions.

2) Inhalation

Add 6–10 drops of Lemon Essential Oil to your diffuser or oil burner. Run for 30 minutes, then turn it off. This can be repeated 2–3 times daily.

• Children aged 2–5: Use 1–2 drops.
• Children aged 6–12: Use 3–4 drops and diffuse for 15 minutes.

3) Natural Cleaning Applications

Add 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and 10–15 drops of Lemon Essential Oil to 100 ml of water. Shake well before each use. Spray onto kitchen countertops, tables, sinks, or glass surfaces for everyday cleaning, then wipe clean.
