Directions for Use

1) Topical Application

Add 1–2 drops of Lavender Essential Oil to 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of a carrier oil (such as apricot kernel oil or jojoba oil). Mix well and apply to the desired area.

2) Massage Oil

Add 4–6 drops of Lavender Essential Oil to 1 tablespoon (10 ml) of a carrier oil (such as sesame oil or sweet almond oil). Mix thoroughly and massage gently onto the desired area using circular motions.

3) Hair & Scalp Care

Add 6–8 drops of Lavender Essential Oil to 10 ml (1 tablespoon) of a carrier oil. Massage into the scalp and leave on for at least 30 minutes before washing your hair.

For enhanced results, apply before bedtime and wash your hair the following morning.

4) Inhalation

Add 6–10 drops of Lavender Essential Oil to your diffuser or oil burner. Run for 30 minutes, then turn it off. This can be repeated 2–3 times daily.

  • Children aged 2–5: Use 1–2 drops.
  • Children aged 6–12: Use 3–4 drops and diffuse for 15 minutes.
