Directions for Use

1) Topical Application

Add 1–2 drops of Clove Essential Oil to 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of a carrier oil (such as sesame oil or sweet almond oil). Mix well and massage gently onto the desired area using circular motions.

2) Massage Oil

Add 2–3 drops of Clove Essential Oil to 10 ml (1 tablespoon) of a carrier oil. Massage into the desired area as needed.

3) Mouth Rinse

Add 3–4 drops of Clove Essential Oil to 100 ml of drinking water. Stir thoroughly, swish around the mouth for at least 30 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow.

Can be used after brushing your teeth in the morning and evening.

4) Inhalation

Add 5–6 drops of Clove Essential Oil to your diffuser or oil burner. Run for 30 minutes, then turn it off. This can be repeated 1–2 times daily.

  • Children aged 6–12: Use 1 drop.
  • Children aged 13–18: Use 2 drops and diffuse for 15 minutes.
